Richmond MakerLabs (RML) is a community and workshop, in Ham, where we share skills and knowledge.

Crafts, electronics, wood and metal working, DIY, art, gardening, 3D printing and laser cutting or computing - we've interests in all aspects of making.

Plan your first visit

  • The best thing to do is visit us on a Tuesday or Thursday, from 19.30, to have a look around, no forms to fill out before. Any updates to opening will be on our telegram group (see below) or the main wiki-page.
  • We do ask that anyone under 18 is accompanied by an adult.
  • Consider joining our Telegram group (similar to whatsapp) to say hello beforehand so we know to expect you, use this link from your mobile.
  • The facilities links highlight some areas but for a complete list please look at our wiki on the facilities.
  • Most importantly, people are friendly and please feel free to wander round and ask people what sorts of things they're working on - they'll usually be keen to show you.
